Named ‘Henne’ in tribute to ‘Mersh Henne’, the original name for Moreton-in-Marsh, it is the perfect signature for this inspiring dining spot, which has developed a superb network of local and Cotswold suppliers. Displaying an innovative six-course tasting menu of modern, seasonal British cuisine, Henne is also a champion for local and ethical food production and environmental sustainability. A curated and bespoke wine pairing is also available. For those who care about what they eat and where their food comes from this will be an incredibly special and memorable dining experience.
