Perfect, beautiful cottage in a stunning little village. Very pleasantly surprised to see how private the home felt and how peaceful it was. Tucked away at the end of high street. Minimal through traffic, friendly locals and beautiful houses to look at when walking around. Fantastic!

The cottage is very cosy. It feels right at home. Neighbours are also welcoming and nice and Blockley is a delight. Quiet and suitable for a slow life in the English countryside. We loved it right away. Interesting and pleasant reading about the history of the place in the house.

Location

The village of Blockley is a mostly untouched secret of the Cotswolds. It is one of the larger villages and has a bustling community with a popular village shop and café. The Norman church at its centre was used as a filming location for Father Brown and there are some charming pubs to choose from.
