Swimming Pool Rules and Guidance
We ask that the following rules and guidelines are adhered to in conjunction with any specific information provided in the holiday home welcome guide which is available after booking.
The swimming pool is available during the dates as advertised when your booking was placed.
Please note that outdoor swimming pools in the UK are very dependant on the weather. If it has been unusually wet or cold the pool may not be available as poor weather can cause a chemical imbalance and delays with reaching the required temperate.
Please respect the neighbours during evening hours, keeping noise at an acceptable level.
Children must not be left without supervision and adults must not swim alone.
Please shower and rinse before using the swimming pool.
Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the swimming pool.
The pool is fully treated and serviced; guests should not add any chemicals. Do not use the swimming pool if you notice any deterioration or discolouration of the water. Contact the property manager in the welcome guide and stop anyone from using the pool until it has been checked.
No running, no jumping, no diving. The pool is one consistent depth and does not have a diving end.
Do not consume alcohol before or during swimming pool use.
Do not use the swimming pool while using narcotics or other medication that may cause sleepiness, drowsiness, or raise/lower blood pressure.
Keep any electrical appliances away from the pool.
Please note, no animals or pets are allowed in the pool. If any additional filtration cleaning is required because this is not adhered to, additional charges will be incurred.
All guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
The pool is for private guests use only unless otherwise specified on the property listing.
