Before booking through us, please read these conditions carefully, along with all the other information relevant to your booking, including any specific conditions or restrictions set out in the website description of your chosen property or properties.

£25 Low Deposit – Terms & Conditions
Secure your stay for just a £25 deposit.
Eligible on all properties sleeping 9 guests or less on bookings made more than 60 days in advance.
Not valid on stays exceeding 14 nights.

Spontaneous Stays For Less – Terms & Conditions
Late availability discounts automatically apply to selected properties booked within 45 days of arrival. Promotional rates vary, the rate shown is the reduced rate.
These promotional rates are subject to availability, apply to new bookings only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Bolthole Retreats reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
This promotion excludes stays at Kington Grange, Moonlight Barn, Vine Cottage Charlbury and The Painswick Retreat (including both Serenity and Tranquility House).
