Wilderness Festival
Charlbury
Events Experience
Month: August
The Wilderness Festival is one of the most luxurious experiences out there. This is a festival with an undeniably boutique feel set within the idyllic Oxfordshire countryside. Wilderness takes place at Cornbury Park against a backdrop of indie music, art, and crafts experiences, and candlelit five-star dining beside the lake.
It is a place where festivalgoers are emphatically encouraged to revel in nature. To embrace their bohemian souls and allow their free spirit to shine. The Wilderness weekend is a four-day party where you can be whoever you want to be and also rediscover what brings you joy. Known for its exceptional array of experiences Wilderness is much, much more than a music festival. Expect an impressive range of workshops where you can explore mind, body, and soul. Likewise, woodland walks, forest bathing and wild lake swimming bring respite from a busy world.
The Sanctuary is a dedicated wellness space where calmness and tranquillity take centre stage. Whether you are in need of a complete reset, or looking for a little pampering. Or simply a break from people the confines of the Lakeside Spa make the perfect escape. Try the slow flow and words programme for a session of restorative yoga and mindful journaling. And even if you have the family in tow, you can get them all involved with the family boot camp in the wild. The Sanctuary undoubtedly brings new meaning to well-being in the wild.
Combine all of this with a fine array of bars serving every tipple imaginable, long table banquets in marquees lit with chandeliers and cabaret. Art studios, yoga sessions and a diverse array of music acts performing at stages across the festival site. Then, you truly have a unique festival experience, that is unlike anything else out there.
The 2024 line-up included Faithless, Michael Kiwanuka and Jessie Ware.
