Cotswold Lakes Brew Co is an independent craft brewery based at Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester. It was founded by a group of colleagues from the world of finance, who loved drinking beer but knew nothing about how to make it, and decided it would be fun to find out.
Putting responsibility and sustainability at the heart of their operations, the Cotswold Lakes Brew Co team replace some of the malted barley with locally sourced surplus bread in every recipe to help tackle the issue of global food waste. Their comfortable and quirky taproom at Field Farm in Somerford Keynes has fantastic views over the countryside and is open every Friday evening from Easter through to November. Enjoy a relaxing night sampling their range of award-winning beers, including Cotswold Blonde, Best Bitter, Cotswold Porter, Cold-Brew Coffee Stout and Cotswold Craft Lager, listening to live music and eating freshly prepared pizzas.
To note: The taproom is open from 5pm – 9pm every Friday night.
