Overview
The wellness facilities are central to the Serenity experience and have been intentionally integrated throughout the property. Guests will enjoy a private spa environment, including a three-person infrared sauna, full-body red light therapy panels, zero gravity full-body massage chairs, a well-equipped gym and a six-person hydrotherapy hot tub.
Several bedrooms feature chromotherapy lighting, allowing guests to modulate colour temperature to enhance calm, promote sleep or gently energise in the morning. 'Clean hydration' is also part of the philosophy of the space, with a Bibo water system providing the highest-grade purified drinking water, which is hot and chilled on demand.
The principal lighting systems and music are voice-controlled, allowing guests to tailor the atmosphere effortlessly. The discreet AI system is always on hand to assist you with information about the house, facilities and local recommendations.
Ground Floor
KitchenWhen you first arrive at Serenity you are welcomed into the kitchen. Make yourselves at home and put the kettle on for a cup of herbal tea to relax after your journey. There is space here for a quick breakfast or light lunch at the table seating four, and the central island provides plenty of space to serve a buffet and prepare meals. With a Rangemaster cooker, coffee machine, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer and dishwasher, the kitchen is well-equipped for your stay.
Dining Room
Set the table, seating up to 10, for a relaxed meal in this charming space. The table sits alongside an exposed stone feature window with beams above, while a woodburning stove provides both warmth and ambience to the atmosphere. Put on some background music and enjoy your surroundings as you dine.
Sitting Room
Escape to another world in the fabulous sitting room which is your own at-home cinema. Close the blinds, gather some snacks and sink into the sofas to watch your favourite blockbuster. Sometimes the best way to relax, is by doing nothing at all. During the day, enjoy the games console, battling it out for victory and new PBs.
Gym
If you prefer to move to gentle yoga flows or lock in to a distance run, the gym is where you will find your inner peace. A treadmill and elliptical trainer let you sweat it out, a bench and weights set are provided for a strength session, or to build a mind and body connection, take to the mat for some stretching. At the end of your workout, two anti-gravity massage chairs lift you into a full body experience.
Wellness Room
Take a moment to yourself and spend some time healing in the infra-red sauna. Warming the body instead of the air, it is an efficient way to feel the benefits in a more comfortable setting. Spend 20-minutes here to boost your sleep, relax, feel relief in sore joints and muscles and improve your circulation amongst other potential advantages. Combined with a session of red-light therapy, which can repair skin and muscle tissue to reduce pain and improve texture, you will feel like a new you.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom has a WC and basin.
