The spacious farmhouse kitchen with its large, reclaimed wood table is perfect for breakfast, while the formal dining table in the living room is ideal for a more indulgent feast. Evenings can be spent relaxing in the elegant living room or cosied up around the snug’s log burner on cooler nights. Each of the property’s four bedrooms is a spacious and distinctively stylish retreat for enjoying a relaxing night’s sleep. The magnificent master bedroom, with sumptuous king-size bed, stunning views and spectacular en suite with roll-top bath is an outstanding highlight.

Outside, guests can spend their stay relaxing or socialising on the terrace, enjoying dinner or cocktails with stunning meadow views. Surrounded by 35-acres of wild meadows and picturesque farmland, adults can unwind surrounded by nature while children can explore all the way down to the meandering stream or the field where rare flowers and orchids grow.

A stunning farmhouse kitchen with Rayburn range cooker, oven and halogen hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and Vertuo coffee machine. A rustic farmhouse table and benches seat eight whilst beautiful arched doors open to the garden terrace and provide stunning views.

Utility Room:
Next to the kitchen is a utility room with free standing fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, basin and storage. There is also a table and chairs seating six.

Living Room/Dining Room:
This elegant room has stylish, sumptuous sofas and TV for relaxing evenings in, while an impressive dining table seating eight overlooks the meadow through French doors.

Snug:
A cosy room with sofa seating, TV and log burner, perfect for winter stays.

Contains a WC and basin.

The impressive landing has been transformed into a relaxing reading room with stylish sofa to sit and enjoy a good book.

Bedroom One: A spacious master with super-king size bed, built-in wardrobes, vintage dressing table and wonderful views of the meadow. It also boasts a beautiful en suite.

A stunning en suite with roll-top bath, shower, bidet, WC and basin.

Bedroom Two:
Spacious and stylish, this second bedroom has a super-king size bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, sofa and dressing table.

Bedroom Three:
A spacious room with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and wonderful views of the meadow.

A charming twin room with two single beds and chest of drawers.

Outside

A spacious terrace offers a dining table seating four and stylish outdoor sofas, perfect for enjoying an evening drink as the sunset makes the meadow glow. The lawn garden is an ideal spot for children to run around or they can venture to ‘the circle’, a unique area of the meadow purposefully mown, used as a location for yoga or playing games. Guests have access to extensive meadows, fields and even a stream, and with the Monarch’s Way also on your doorstep, the opportunity for scenic walks is endless. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, including kestrels, owls, deer and butterflies.

Just down the road in Romsley, Horsepool Farm Shop is a third-generation award winning dairy farm, selling a wide range of produce and treats including daily farm fresh milk, milkshakes made with natural flavourings as well as local craft ales, gins and rums. Stanley’s Farm Shop is another lovely spot where you can pick your own strawberries and raspberries. The nearby M&S in Longbridge is one of the largest in the UK, offering customers a variety of clothing, home goods and is heaven for food lovers. Meanwhile, Birmingham's famous Jewellery Quarter is a great place to shop and enjoy a fun jewellery making workshop and is fast becoming a culinary hotspot for foodies and cocktail lovers with Michelin starred restaurants and award-winning bars. On The Timber House estate is the owner’s floristry business which offers wonderful floral workshops that can take place in their nearby workshop or in the property itself, perfect for a group getaway, retreat or hen do. For groceries, there are supermarkets in nearby Halesowen and Longbridge.

With 35-acres you can wander around the grounds to your heart’s content, discovering the stream, meadows and local wildlife. Follow the footpath that runs in front of the house down to a field protected for scientific interest due to the rare flowers and orchids growing there. Nearby, the National Trust site Clent Hills offers rolling hills, miles of footpaths, breathtaking panoramic views and historic follies.

  • The grounds are not fully enclosed and there is a stream on the estate so dogs and children should be supervised.
  • Floral workshops and hot tub hire can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact the owner directly to arrange this after booking.
  • The owner's floristry workshop and flower growing garden is in a yard adjacent to the property garden and will attended by the owner on occasion. Please do not enter the flower garden.
  • Adult group celebrations and hen parties can be considered when the majority of guests are over the age of 25. A security deposit of £500 will be required.
