Full Description
Stepping into Siskin Barn, you’re immediately taken away by the peaceful ambience of this place. At the heart of the home is a beautiful light-speckled dining area, where a long table hosts nine guests thanks to benches lined with comfortable faux fur cushioning. To the right of the dining area, a quiet living area with a sumptuous sofa and wood burner offer a place for adults to relax and switch off. Meanwhile, to left you’ll find the kitchen ripe for rustling up farm shop finds, and a snug simply made for the kids.

Here you'll quickly feel the calming ambience of Siskin Barn's first floor, where there's more than enough room for extended friends and family. Stroll back downstairs, through the snug and up the stairs to discover bedrooms two and three, which sit on the left part of the barn. Mirroring the serene feel of the rest of the home, they're punctuated by traditional beams that infuse this place with rural charm.

As the glowing sun sinks below the skyline, take a seat at Siskin Barn's abundant seating area before heading around the corner for an evening dip in the hot tub, or whipping up a feast on the BBQ. Reviews

Siskin Barn is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We stayed as a group of friends for a special birthday celebration, and everyone was blown away by this place. Our favourite things were, the underfloor heating, cleanliness, hot tub, log burner, American-style fridge freezer, kitchen appliances, and extra touches such as bath robes, flip flops, and extra towels for the hot tub. Was in a quiet spot but within walking distance of pubs, and Indian & Chinese restaurants. Also, only 15 minutes drive from Stratford upon Avon. All in all, amazing! Would love to stay again.

The Siskin Barn was beautiful! Little details are thought of, robes and flip flops for the hot tub, blankets (not that they are needed as) the house is wonderfully heated with underfloor heating! Such a cosy luxurious place to stay. Would also love to come in nicer weather to enjoy the garden area. Would definitely recommend.

The house was fantastic for 8 people. The through kitchen dining area was very communal and the 2 lounge/seating/tv areas at either end of the house was very user-friendly as the adults could occupy one and the children the other. It is a lovely old building with exposed wooden beams visible inside the property. Location was perfect for countryside walks from the door - we did 10 miles and had two pub stops en route. The host was very helpful with information about walking to town, footpaths and restaurants.

Siskin Barn was perfect for our school friend's reunion. It was kitted out really well and had all of the amenities we wanted. The double fridge and two dishwashers were particularly useful. The beds were super comfy and the towels, robes and flip-flops for the hot tub were a really nice touch. We loved our stay and are thinking about returning next year! Thank you for having us.

We had a really indulgent and relaxing stay, lighting the fire, relaxing in the hot tub and catching up. We booked a meal at the Bridge pub and had a gorgeous three course meal.
