Comfortable and clean conversion of modern barn

Verified Up Front Reviews
Roe Barn is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is on a very quiet road, and the local village has a Co-Op supermarket and a pub and cafe. We came to visit Highgrove Gardens which are very close. The owner lives on site and was friendly and helpful. The barn has an outlook partly over fields and partly over the modern farmyard.

Delightful!

Verified Up Front Reviews
I never knew a barn could be so attractive. Roe Barn is totally delightful as is Lynn, the owner. A colorful and beautiful bouquet of flowers was left in the Barn for us. Everything was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. And the views are unmatched by any other cottage we stayed in. The sunsets over the fields were amazing. If you are thinking of staying here, don't hesitate. Soon, Roe Barn will be booked solid and you won't be able to find availability.

Lorraine

Easter Break

Verified Up Front Reviews
We had a fantastic break staying at Roe Barn. The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had everything that we needed including a cot and high chair for my granddaughter and well equipped kitchen to cook an Easter roast dinner. The owner Lynn was very welcoming, checking in to ensure that we were happy. We loved the two horses and they were very friendly when we greeted them every morning and amazing with my 2 granddaughters aged 7 and 20 months. I would highly recommend Roe Barn. Convenient for local trips. Very welcoming owner. I will recommend this accommodation to my friends and would definitely consider staying at Roe Barn again.

Alexandra

Roe barn was very cosy and warm.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
The cleanliness was excellent throughout with lovely quality bed linen and towels.
We had a lovely walk one day when the weather was nice in the local area which was stunning.
We loved seeing the owners horse and pony.
The woodburner was lovely in the evening after our long walk as was the local pub in the village.
We would definitely come back again.
We were also in the area a lot earlier than check in but rang the owner who kindly let us check in early.

Andrew

We had a lovely stay in Roe Barn. It is very central to lots of places to visit, Bath 25 mins, Tetbury 10 mins we even drove to Stow on the wold 50 mins.
The beds were super comfy and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen.
The whole place was really clean with a super cosy and comfy sofa , woodburner and smart tv.
There is plenty of parking and a lovely outside area with superb views although a tad cold to sit outside will be lovely in the summer months.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay.
At night it was so peaceful and quiet.
There are some super walks with footpaths literally 2 mins walk away.
We will definately come back here in the summer for another stay.
