We had a wonderful week at Lambs Lawn. What a superb property! Everything was sparkling clean. The extensive food welcome pack was excellent. Lovely walk in the nearby deer park!

One word sums it up - Excellent

Verified Up Front Reviews
Lamb's Lawn is a really wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful house, in a delightful setting. The host, Bridget, is communicative and helpful. Due to good directions, the house, though remote, is easy to locate. The setting is quiet and peaceful. The house is very well prepared and everything was in order. The kitchen is generously equipped with all cooking utensils, and there is even an air fryer. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of essentials to ease the arrival. As it sates in the title, this is a truly excellent vqcation home and I would not hesitate to return. You won't be sorry that you chose Lamb's Lawn,

Richard

Weekend away with friends

Everything was just perfect. Such a beautiful location. Lovely touch to have dog beds and treats ready for the dogs.

Guest

The house is beautiful, spacious and very private with an enormous garden and view of the church and adjacent deer park. It is exceptionally well equipped in the kitchen particularly, with top quality and plentiful cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils. The welcome pack was brilliant with easter eggs for the children which went down very well. Games and books were new and of great quality and choice. We loved walking to see the deer and also the excellent food and atmosphere at the Three Daggers pub and farm shop - less than a mile away. Overall an exceptional house stay.

Jane

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lamb Lawns - it’s a beautiful property with generous space both indoors and outdoors. The surrounding area is equally charming, with a deer park just a short walk away. Everything in the house feels brand new, and it’s exceptionally well equipped, with a wide range of appliances including a proper gas BBQ.

Cristian

The property is extremely well appointed. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and the attention to detail in the crockery, utensils was superb. The property is spacious, tasteful and extremely well furnished, with high quality throughout. The garden is excellent, and beautifully maintained. I could not recommend this property enough. My worry is that if I do this, it won't be available for me next time, as I am sure to return!

Exceeded all expectations

Lamb’s Lawn is a wonderful property set in a beautiful location. The house was immaculate and perfect for our group of five. Everything had been thought of and we felt like we were in a luxurious boutique hotel whilst having all the benefits of being self catered. We did not explore as much as we had planned to but went for a blustery walk in the stunning deer park and had a delicious lunch by the fire at the 3 Daggers. On our first morning it was magical to open the curtains and look out at a herd of deer gazing down at us! The rest of the time was spent chatting and relaxing, watching films, playing games and enjoying the beautiful house. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch by the fire at the 3 Daggers. Thank you for everything - we all want to come back in the summer to enjoy the terrace!
