Lottie is a private caterer with three years of cheffing experience in high end café and restaurant environments. She, most recently, was the Sous Chef at reputable venue in The Suffolk’s Cheltenham’s casual and aesthetic Eatery Sorrel Stores. She specialises in seasonal food with Italian influence, with a particular love for fresh pasta. She is also considering hosting pasta workshops (something she also hosted at Sorrel Stores).
