Step into the baa-rmy world of sheep racing at this quaint, charity country fair in Frampton on Severn. Listen to live, local music, enjoy a picnic or the fresh food on site, play the games set up for the children and choose whether to bet on Baarbarella or the unfortunately named Lamb Chop.
This hilarious day is safe for both the animals as well as the humans – as even the two-leggers race, dressed up in their sheep costumes. A highlight of the Cotswold calendar, each race is donated to a local charity and organisation and it brings together communities and causes. Cheer the sheep on as they tackle the low hurdles and hope they don’t make a ewe turn!
