Malvern Autumn Show

Malvern

Events Experience

Date: 27-29 September 2024

The Malvern Autumn Show at the Three Counties Showground in Worcestershire is a fabulous harvest festival event. Taking place at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills, the show is a wonderful celebration of food, gardening, and nostalgia. It truly showcases the magnificent season of Autumn in all its glory.

Running over three days, the show is family-friendly with a timetable of events so you can plan your visit accordingly. The Grow Zone is an informative area whether you consider yourself a gardening novice or a horticultural expert. It’s also where you’ll find the Gardening Village, which is home to the RHS Flower Show in the floral marquee. The Nurseries and Bulb Market and floral art. The Giant Vegetable Championship is always popular. Here you can marvel at the mammoth marrows, colossal cucumbers, larger-than-life leek, and super-sized squash. The Vintage Village is a lovely throwback to a bygone era. See classic cars, caravans, tractors, and bikes from the 1940s, take part in a dance lesson in the dance tent and learn classic moves from the 40s and 50s. There’s also a wartime pub and vintage tearoom.

The Malvern Autumn Show is home to four theatres, which attract a wealth of well-known faces across the weekend. The Garden Theatre, where experts share their knowledge, and the Potting Shed Theatre, where you can enjoy Q&A sessions with celebrity gardeners. Watch celebrity chefs create culinary masterpieces in the Kitchen Theatre and then learn how to make the perfect gin in the Gin Theatre.

It’s also a superb place for food and drink. On Festival Green you’ll find a wide range of street food, accompanied by live music. Other food and drink outlets likewise include the Boffy Artisan Food Market, Great Taste Food and Drink Market, Weston’s Cider Garden, the Festival of Perry, and the Gin Garden.

Month: September
Amazing flowers, an array of delicious food and drink and plenty of family fun are on offer at the UK’s biggest harvest festival
