Luca’s love of food and culinary career started in Tuscany. He moved to the UK fifteen years ago to develop his career which spans 5-star hotels and private members clubs. He has cooked for many celebrities and VIPs and has worked with chefs with Michelin star backgrounds.
Luca has decided to bring all his knowledge and passion for cooking fresh produce right to your dining table to accompany any Bolthole Retreats experience. Luca cooks for a minimum of 8 people using traditional British ingredients with a “Pinch” of Tuscan traditional recipes. He offers catering for private fine dining dinner parties, buffets, corporate events, barbeques, street food and special occasions, ranging from birthdays to anniversaries and intimate weddings for up to 40 people. Luca can create a be-spoke menu tailored to your personal taste if you desire one. All you need to do is focus on hosting your guests, Luca will take care of the rest!
