Mike Fishpen has a wealth of gourmet cooking experience behind him, including working at the five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel, the international Hilton Hotel group, and Bibendum and Rules restaurant. Due to popular demand, he has branched out and created a tailor-made, bespoke chef service that complements any Bolthole Retreats holiday. He specialises in intimate dinners from as little as two people and can cater for up to 30 guests. Mike cooks a range of food styles including Italian, Mediterranean, French, Asian, Fusion and Kosher. Enjoy a relaxed evening in the comfort of your new home from home or opt for a one-to-one cooking lesson.
To note: All of the property’s equipment will be used for preparation and cooking. You also do not need to be in the property and a spectacular meal can await you on your return.
