Jesse Laila Yoga
At Your Cottage Experience
Jesse Laila offers, creative, immersive and playful, vinyasa and yin-inspired yoga sessions, with mindful breathwork, in a 1:1 or group setting. Jesse’s yoga practice focuses on stress and anxiety soothing techniques, rehabilitation and core strength. Jesse has practiced yoga since she was a teenager, eventually becoming a fully trained vinyasa yoga teacher in 2019. Jesse is also an ayurvedic yoga massage practitioner – a floor-based form of massage (on a futon mattress) that combines deep tissue massage with breathwork and yoga stretching.
To note: Wear comfy, stretchy clothing. Allow enough time at the beginning and end to not rush. Bring water and warm clothing for the after-class relaxation. Mats can be provided, but it’s preferable, for hygiene reasons, to use your own. In-cottage or yoga studio, depending on numbers/space.
