Paul Barlow-Heal founded Cotswold Baking, based in Swerford, as pastry is his passion. After working in various delis and restaurants, including running The Falkland Arms in Great Tew, he decided to set up his own company and now delivers celebration cakes and desserts across the Cotswolds. Be it an individual cake, a couple of muffins or a whole afternoon tea set, no job is too big or too small.
