3D Tour

Sitting beside the River Avon, this beautiful contemporary home is a secluded retreat. The Nait makes the most of this phenomenal location with picture windows taking in the riverside views and living areas that extend to outdoor spaces and a hot tub. A spacious dining room is your setting for meals together while the comfortable sitting room is on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and the added convenience of a ground floor twin room makes it suitable for multi-generational groups. Outside you can choose to dine on the terrace, watch the scenery from the master bedroom balcony or lounge in the garden as the river flows on its course. If you’re an avid angler you can take advantage of this private spot (license required). The village of Wyre Piddle is a quiet getaway with a friendly village pub set on the rivers edge. Explore the historic streets and abbey of nearby Pershore, visit Cheltenham, Evesham and the Cotswold towns of Broadway and Chipping Campden.

Overview

The Nait is a spectacular home in an even better location. Resting in a quiet village near Evesham, the house sits alongside the River Avon, a short walk from the local pub and on the edge of the Cotswolds. Staying at The Nait you’ll sit riverside watching the water flow by, relax on the balcony and spend time with your family and friends in spacious living rooms.

The house is laid out to make the most of the space with a sitting room on the top floor and en-suite bedrooms tucked away for the utmost privacy. Each room is flooded with light and there is no chance of feeling on top of each other. Using the surrounding scenery as a perfectly framed display the dining and sitting room have large picture windows, and it’s hard to drag yourselves away. Choose between relaxing on the comfy seating in the dining room which has a table for eight, watching TV in the sitting room or guests in the master bedroom might prefer to sit out on their own balcony. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor, while a ground floor twin makes this house suit a number of groups.

The Nait comes alive in the garden with a dining terrace, hot tub and fabulous lawn which sweeps down to the rivers edge. Deer are sometimes seen in the field opposite and you will spot ducks, cormorants and herons visiting. Light the charcoal BBQ and spend an afternoon feasting in this fabulous setting or a relaxing day can be spent fishing (license required) while the family find their own corners to escape to.

Ground Floor

Open to the dining room, the kitchen is well equipped for your stay. There is a double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and small appliances including a coffee machine. The kitchen is a communal space letting you spend time together as meals are prepared.

Utility

Cloakroom
A useful addition to the ground floor, the cloakroom has a WC and basin.

Bedroom Four
Tucked away at the end of the house, this twin room is made for those that aren’t as confident with stairs. Two single beds sit at each end of the room with their own bedside tables and a wardrobe to share. Just outside the bedroom a door opens to a walkway which takes you around to the front terrace.

En-Suite
The en-suite is your chance to relax with a freestanding bath, hand-held shower, WC and basin.

First Floor

Sitting Room
The incredible sitting room is spacious and bright, extending out to a balcony which is perfect for sundowners and slow mornings. With a large corner sofa and cosy three-seater there is space here for everybody to get together. If you’re reuniting with old friends or bringing the family together this is where you will spend your time, chatting, drinking tea and making plans. There is a smart TV, but you may find yourselves more inclined to watch the view across the river.

Bedroom One
The master bedroom is the top choice when staying at The Nait. With a super king-size bed and a balcony with a bistro set you are on top of the world. There is a TV atop a chest of drawers and plenty of space to spread out if you wanted to do some pre-breakfast yoga. Beside the bedroom is a dressing area with more storage space including a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

En-Suite
The master en-suite has a bath, separate shower, WC and a basin.

Bedroom Two
Bedroom two has a king-size bed and there is a desk in the corner where you can read or set up a laptop. Wake up to views over the fields, opening the window for a fresh start. There is also a chest of drawers and an armchair.

En-Suite
In the en-suite is a bath with a shower over, WC and a basin.

Bedroom Three
Two single beds sit beside each other in bedroom three, sharing a bedside table. There is a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe so there is enough space for both guests staying here to unpack.

En-Suite
The en-suite has a bath with a shower over, WC and basin.

Outside

From the garden you can appreciate the design of The Nait. Its terrace, balconies and planters give this house a lot of personality. Sitting above the river there is a lawn leading down to the water’s edge, a dining terrace and a hot tub. You feel secluded here with spaces to sit and relax in the sun. Fishing is allowed here (permit required) and what could be better than casting a line with your morning coffee just steps from your bedroom. Due to the fast flowing River Avon accessible from the gardens edge, children must be supervised at all times and adults are advised to take care.

This place felt like a small private mansion. It’s very spacious, exceptionally clean, quiet, and offers a great sense of privacy and safety. Everything was exactly as described, and honestly even better than we expected.

It’s large enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 7 or 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and the views are beautiful.

There’s a Starbucks and a small supermarket about a 10–15 minute walk away, and a cozy pub serving pizza and other food just 3 minutes away on foot.

We really enjoyed spending time here with our family and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

Moahmmed

We had a wonderful stay at The Nait. A beautiful, very spacious & clean house. The complimentary hamper was very much appreciated. In a stunning location by the river Avon, lovely to sit by in the evenings and a good spot for fishing.
Local pubs within easy walking distance.
Would definitely recommend to others and visit again.

One of the best

Verified Up Front Reviews
One of the very best holiday rentals we have stayed in, out of the over60 rentals so far. The location is excellent, with magnificent views across the river Avon. Although it appears to be remote when entering the driveway, Pershore is less than 10 minutes away and Evesham, with its shops and supermarkets is just 20 minutes by car. The layout of the house is also excellent and it was superbly prepred by the hhousekeeping team. Pete, the property manager, responded to our requests in a very timely manner. Overall, do not hesitate to book this house. We tried to rebook it for a later date but, it's becoming very popular and we were out of luck.

Richard

Beautiful surroundings with a beautiful view of the river. The accommodation was great very big and the kids had a lot of fun. All in all was a brilliant stay over Easter.

Majinder

There are no words to describe this house we were blown away by how beautiful this house is. The view, the layout, the décor and everything in between. You have thought about everything and it shows. Thank you for making our stay so lovely and easy. Our children loved the treats you left and my 7 year old wants to know when he can buy this house! He also loved our Easter egg hunt. He was in the bushes looking for eggs! We will be back soon and telling all our family and friends. Leaving refreshed and happy.

Mani

The Nait is a stunning house, it was more than we expected, lovely welcoming basket of treats. The location is exceptional and sitting watching the river is so relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and spent ages getting chilled out with a glass of wine. A great base in which to sight see what the area has to offer . We are sure that the other future guest will form the same opinion as our family. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so very much.
