Everything you need is here with an open plan living area, comfortable bedrooms and fantastic on-site amenities. Fish on the lake, play tennis, follow the walking routes around the estate and bring your kayak or paddle board to go out on the water. The Cotswold Lakes are made for adventurers and tranquillity seekers with high-octane watersports, spa facilities and country pubs close by.
Full Description
This gated community on the Cotswold Lakes is an exclusive spot for your next holiday. Scenic terraces of New-England style lodges line the lakes as fountains spring high in the air and ducks waddle by. There is so much to do in this area and Venture Lakeside Lodge is made for families or friends sharing.

Set over two floors you have an open plan living area on the ground floor. This space lends itself so easily to spending time together with a breakfast bar beside the kitchen, comfy sitting area and a more formal dining table. From quick breakfasts before you head out to elaborate meals in the evening you will feel at home here. Spread the maps out on the coffee table to plan your adventure for the next day or relax watching a film together. French doors beside the sitting are open out to the terrace letting you drift out to watch the ever-changing lake view. Upstairs are three bedrooms, with space to unpack in the dressing room. You can put all your luggage away making you feel even more at ease and relax at the end of the day.

You will find yourselves being drawn to the lakeside terrace, slipping into the hot tub and cherishing this holiday. There is a table and chairs so you can bring meals out here or just start your day with a coffee and flick through a magazine as you watch the world wake up around you.

Ground Floor

Open plan kitchen/living/dining area
The ground floor has an open plan layout with a kitchen, sitting area and a dining area tucked to one side. You start in the kitchen which is very well-equipped for your stay. There is an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. One side of the kitchen acts as a breakfast bar, perfect for an informal quick breakfast. Beyond the kitchen is the sitting area which looks out over the terrace. Open the doors to extend this room outside. There is space for everybody to sit comfortably as you watch TV and have an after dinner glass of wine. Set the dining table for six and make the most of this opportunity to eat together.

Cloakroom
Beside the kitchen is a cloakroom, cleverly converted to hide away the washing machine at one end. There is also a WC and basin here.

First Floor

Bedroom One
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed so you’ve got plenty of space to spread out. Two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built-in cupboard give you storage space. Waking up here you can start your day looking out across the lake view.

En-Suite
In the en-suite is a shower, WC and basin.

Bedroom Two
Bedroom two is at the front of the house and has a double bed between two bedside tables. There is also a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. Unpack your bags and relax before heading off to explore the estate.

Shower Room
Set between the bedrooms, the shower room has a shower, WC and basin.

Dressing Room
Perfect for stashing away your suitcases, the dressing room gives you so much extra space.

Bedroom Three
Set apart from the other bedrooms, this room has a single bed which pulls out to create a second single. Dressing tables are provided and it is ideal for younger guests.

Outside

Stepping outside Venture Lakeside Lodge you are on the edge of Isis Lake, a picturesque scene with a fountain at its centre. Sit out on the enclosed terrace with breakfast as you watch the ducks quack past and a gentle breeze drifts by.
