Full Description
Moments away from the centre of Moreton-in-Marsh, this cottage is tucked away for a peaceful break exploring this area. It is a fantastic hub for couples, friends or a small family to enjoy in between Cotswold adventures.

This cottage has a wonderful layout, made for spending time together but with quiet corners if you’d prefer to retreat. An open plan living area is warmed by a woodburner effect stove and opens out to the garden so you can bring the outdoors in during the summer months. Sit together to share stories and eat meals together alongside a garden view. The kitchen has a splash of colourful personality and is very well-equipped for your stay. Tucked away at the end of the house is an office which acts as the third bedroom with a sofa which extends into a double bed. Upstairs two king-size bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure you have enough space.

You will want to spend as much time as you can in the enclosed courtyard garden. No matter the weather you can sit at the dining area beneath the gazebo with a barbecued feast or to indulge in treats picked up from the local bakery. A great addition to Old Orchard Cottage is the off-road parking spaces so you don’t need to worry about finding a space in the centre of town.

Ground Floor

Kitchen
The colourful cottage kitchen has everything you need with an extra pop of personality with pale blue units and delicate purple tiling. There is an oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Hidden in a pantry cupboard are the laundry facilities which include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen opens out to the courtyard garden making it easy to take meals outside for al fresco dining.

Living/Dining Room
Comfortable and warm, this open plan living space welcomes you to relax. The gas woodburner effect fire adds atmosphere as you curl up on the sofa or one of the armchairs to watch TV with your group after an exciting day exploring Moreton in Marsh. The seating area is open to the dining area which has a table and chairs seating four. Open the door to the courtyard to let in a fresh breeze while you dine and if you have any talented members in your group, a piano awaits so you can provide some accompanying music.

Office/Bedroom Three
A quiet corner, the office has a desk which can be used as a standing desk and a chair so you can comfortably get on with any work if you must. This cosy room converts into the third bedroom with a sofa which extends into a bed. There is even a hanging rail in the corner and a small coffee table which acts as a bedside table.

Cloakroom
Just off the entrance hall, the cloakroom has a WC and cloakroom.

First Floor

Bedroom One
A sumptuous king-size bed sits at the centre of this spacious bedroom. Dual aspect windows let plenty of light in and there are two units which provide half-height hanging storage and act as bedside tables. En-Suite
In the en-suite is a rainfall shower, WC and basin for freshening up before heading into town for a meal and drinks.

Bedroom Two
Tucked beneath the eaves, bedroom two has a king-size bed before a feature floral wall. There is plenty of space to store your belongings with a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom
As bedroom one has its own en-suite, the bathroom will mostly be used by those staying in bedroom two. There is a bath with a shower over, WC and basin.
