Chipping Campden Walking and Cycling Guide
The official start point of the Cotswold Way
If you are attempting the full route of the Cotswold Way, the starting point is the War Memorial in Chipping Campden, and it will lead you all the way to Bath. However, there are a number of shorter routes to enjoy as well, from historic country lanes to wildflower meadows. Nearby Dover’s Hill is also where the Cotswold Olimpicks was founded in the 17th century, still celebrated to this day.
