Competition terms & conditions – Win a two-night stay at Lower Lodge Gatehouse
Prize:
Win a two-night stay at Lower Lodge Gatehouse for up to six guests.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees of Bolthole Retreats, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Winner selection and notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. We’ll contact the winner within five working days of the competition closing. If we don’t hear back within five working days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
Prize conditions:
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative stay. Travel and any additional costs incurred during the stay are not included.
General booking terms:
The stay must take place between 22 September 2025 and 28 February 2026, excluding October Half Term, Christmas, New Year, and February Half Term. Stays arriving on Fridays or Saturdays are excluded. The prize is subject to availability and requires advance booking. Lower Lodge Gatehouse can accommodate up to two dogs. If you decide to bring dogs, a £40 fee per dog is payable. The stay will be subject to Bolthole Retreats’ standard booking terms & conditions. By entering, you confirm that you accept these terms.
Changes or cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms without notice. Any updates will be shared on our website.
Competition dates:
The giveaway opens on 28 June 2025 and closes on 7 September 2025. One winner will be selected at random and notified by email by Wednesday 10 September 2025.
Data use:
We’ll only use your email to contact you if you win, unless you choose to opt in to marketing emails from Bolthole Retreats.
