Supermarkets and Shopping
Charlbury has a well-stocked Co-op food store, which is a 5-minute walk from the cottage, the Co-op also has a car park – this is also useful for a second car, should on-street parking be limited at the time of arrival. There is also a farmer’s market held quarterly on the 2nd Saturday in March, June, September, and December from 9 am to 1 pm.
Other shops: Cotswold Frames (Picture Framing Shop), situated next door to the deli has a lovely collection of interior nick-nacks, gifts, mementoes, and cards. The Heat Store offers everything you need should your stay in the cottage prompt you to think about getting a stove. Visit during “art weeks” and our vibrant Artist’s community comes alive with homes turning into wonderful galleries selling everything from artworks to pottery, leather goods and jewellery.
