Lying at the end of a country lane, surrounded by the most beautiful of views, Ivy Cottage is the epitome of an English idyll. As you pass the entrance to Euridge Manor and continue on past tree-lined fields, the sound of birdsong filling the air, the cares of the world seem to drift away.
This time-weathered stone cottage offers space and character, with all the creature comforts needed for a stay in the country. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fabulous kitchen-diner, a comfortable living room with a cosy wood-burning stove and a Smart TV, the bunk bed room and both of the two bathrooms. There’s also a rear porch, which is perfect for leaving outdoor gear and drying off wet doggies after a ramble through the countryside. Upstairs are three further bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with twin beds and one with a double bed.
Step outside and there’s a private patio with a large wooden dining table and chairs to seat eight along with a shady sun parasol. The views from here are just mesmerising whatever the time of year. Linger here and watch the sheep playing in the fields below and birds of prey, including the impressive red kites in the skies above you. To the rear is a shared grass area with a washing line and a pathway which runs along the back of the three cottages.
