Cogges Manor Farm is a fabulous heritage centre encompassing a beautiful 13th century manor house, 18th century farm buildings, 17 acres of grounds and heritage trails to explore and friendly farm animals including goats, sheep, Oxford Sandy & Blacks pigs. Take a fascinating step back in time and discover 1000 years of history from the Domesday Book to the Victorian era, wander through the grounds, used extensively in the filming of Downtown Abbey. With an adventure play area and a café serving delicious sandwiches, salads, and pastries it’s a fun-filled day out for the whole family.
Cogges also holds a wealth of events, festivals, and workshops throughout the year.
Please note: Dogs on a short lead are welcome in most areas but please note there will be poultry free and roaming around. Cogges Manor Farm is a unique heritage site and a rural destination however there is on-site Blue Badge parking, accessible toilets, and the café and gift shop are wheelchair accessible. The ground floor of the Manor House is wheelchair accessible however the first floor is not due to the historical stairs.
