Who are Bolthole Retreats and what makes us special?
Because we’re based in Cheltenham, the cultural capital of the Cotswolds, we really know the area amazingly well. Most of us grew up in the area and those of us that didn’t have spent a lot of time exploring and having days out to the many towns and villages in the Cotswolds.
We go to the local events, we visit each and every one of our cottages, we try out the village pubs (it’s a tough job!) and this means we can recommend the best experiences to our guests while they are on holiday. We also really are a lovely bunch with decades of experience in the travel industry, always looking forwards and making innovative changes to the way people find and book their staycations.
Founded by Martin McWilliam, Bolthole Retreats also offers unparalleled support to owners, often building relationships over several years and helping people to find the perfect cottage to purchase as a holiday rental. We offer advice on what makes a cottage successful and ensure standards are met for our guests, and are always easily contactable with any questions.
