A positive message… and huge thank you from us!

Posted: Tue, 7th Apr 2020

Here at Bolthole Retreats we usually spend our days making people’s dreams come true… helping guests choose one of our beautiful, unique and delightful Cotswold properties to stay in during a visit to this fabulous part of the UK. Of course, Covid-19 has put a stop to that and we have spent the last few weeks dealing with the nightmare of this dreadful virus… and the fallout of cancelled flights, lockdown and just about everything that is negative that goes along with it. So it was hugely warming to receive a glowing recommendation from Tom Kendall in the USA. Thank you Tom, we look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Bellhouse in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received from Bolthole Retreats. We were eagerly anticipating our first family holiday to the UK, and with great excitement booked a retreat at Bellhouse in the Cotswolds. Due to the COVID-19 situation, however, we were unable to come. The management of Bolthole Retreats responded to us with grace and understanding and refunded our entire deposit. Because they treat their clients exactly the way they would want to be treated, I would be honored to book with them again in the future.”
