Crooked Cottage: Christine wrote: “The pictures of this house don’t do it justice it has a huge beautiful garden and the house itself is huge great for groups and the thoughtful touches throughout just made our weekend so special. We will definitely be back…. thank you.”
Shepherds Hut: Daisy wrote: “Absolutely loved this place! Would 100% recommend! Amazing views and an amazing place to stay! Would definitely return back here! The Shepherds Hut was amazingly clean and cosy! The bed was comfy, and it was very warm inside throughout the day and night! The jacuzzi was perfectly relaxing and in the perfect spot to look up at the views and the stars at nighttime! Very romantic and it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere with all the privacy in the world! The stables nearby were very pretty, and it was lovely to see the horses, goats and chickens and also being able to walk around the grounds! This place is 10 minutes away from a huge car park near the main town where you can walk around to see the amazing shops and also the Christmas market! (Depending what time of year, you go of course!) This was a surprise trip for my partner’s birthday, and he fell in love with it the same as me when I booked it! My high expectations of this place were definitely matched, and we had the best stay ever! Thank you!”
Kingfisher Cottage: Kate wrote: “Kingfisher Cottage is a real gem in a great location. Wonderfully clean with everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. It lives up to all the positive reviews and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking to visit the area.”
“Meadow View II: Ray wrote: “Excellent accommodation in a lovely location. Very clean and tidy with quality finishes. The description and pictures are an accurate representation of the cottage, we were not disappointed. Have recommended Bolthole to guests at our daughter’s wedding next year. Will certainly return, well done.”
Westerleigh Cottage: David wrote: “Westerleigh Cottage is a truly delightful place to stay in the Cotswolds. Decorated to an extremely high standard with lovely touches here and there. The views are beautiful as is the master bedroom with exposed beams and stone walls. The lounge with log-burner and very comfortable sofa and chairs is a perfect place to relax and socialise. The kitchen is equally impressive with everything you could need. The property is conveniently situated for trips to Cheltenham and the surrounding countryside. It is also extremely peaceful and private. We would happily book again.”
Appletree Cottage: Tom wrote: “We had an amazing time at the cottage which was incredibly charming and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and were central and just seconds away from town. Great location. Very quiet, clean, and cozy. Everything you’d want from a cottage rental in the Cotswolds!! I only wish we had another night or two there. Hope to be back.”
Barebones Farm: Graeme wrote: “We hired Barebones Farm for our annual get together of old university friends. The whole group of 8 was delighted with the accommodation. It is extremely well appointed, clean, comfortable and characterful. It is very well located in the centre of Winchcombe, with an excellent pub (The Lion) on the same street and plenty of good walks nearby, some of them beginning from our doorstep. The garden is large, attractive and well maintained. We will probably return next year. Highly recommended.”
Old Fox Cottage: Chloe wrote: “Three of my friends and I came for a relaxing weekend, away from our busy lives near London. This was exactly what we wanted! The cottage is absolutely stunning, so clean and cosy! We arrived quite late at night with temperatures nearly at 0. As we walked in the lamps were on as well as the heating. Everything from tea, coffee, milk and bread was stocked up as well as fluffy dressing gown and clean towels. I would 100% recommend this place and will hopefully re visit next year.”
Beehive Cottage: Patricia wrote: “We had a great time in Beehive Cottage – thank you. Despite the awful weather of endless rain, my husband and I, my daughter and 3 grandchildren all had a great time visiting local places, Cotswolds Wild Life Park, antique shops, Sudeley Castle and the Hollow Bottom pub for lunch, Chedworth roman villa and then lunch in Burford, so a thoroughly good time. The children really enjoyed the easy access to the municipal playground just 1 step away from the cottage: great selling point.”
Cyder Press Farm: Robert wrote: “This is a fantastic house. Great fun for our kids to explore… so many hiding places, we played hide and seek several times inside and it was awesome fun. The location is stunning, whilst the photos on Airbnb are excellent, they don’t do it justice in reality, it’s even better when you see it in person. The games room is great for little ones, there are enough en-suites and bathrooms to go around, it was clean, warm and, despite being a huge space, homely. The owners have done a fine job here, we’ll certainly be back when we have another excuse to get the family together.”
